What does it take to beat a BPU Supra? Well I am hoping to completely prove this but.. 1) ECU
2) 3" Down pipes and 3" Test Pipes
3) 3" Cat Back exhaust
4) Air filter (dual pop would even be better)
5) Under Drive Pulley (not really but helps RPMS move faster)
6) Clutch and lighten Flywheel to hold the power.
7) Fuel Mixture controller like an Apexi AFC
8) Boost controller like an Apexi AVCR
AND a BPU Supra is more like a Stage V
1) GReddy BCC
2) Down Pipe
3) Exhaust system
4) Air intake
5) you can get pulley as well
6) Clutch to Hold Power
7) Two Unorthodox cam gears
8) GReddy Profec B-Spec Electronic Boost Controller
As you can see a BPU Supra is pretty much a Stage V Z..
And you can also see that they cam gears to dial in some power while a 300ZX would need an AFC to dial some more power in..
I am going try to break 400HP in a 300ZX with upgrading to much more than a stage V. And yes the Toyota Supra has bigger injectors and bigger turbos. But it still will cost you over $2K to do a full BPU Kit once you have to also get a clutch and stuff.. Take a look at [ www.suprastore.com ] to find out what there BPU consists of it.. I may find that I need an ITC, dual pop, and Fuel Pressure Regulator to beat 433RWHP but it should be fun.
